Delivery Australia
AusPost Regular Parcel Post and Couriers are delivering within 2-7 working days. Most orders on the east coast metro areas arrive within 2 days of shipping, while some regional areas may take up to a week. SA, WA and NT take 7-10 days.
We are happy to send to a parcel collect station if this is suitable, this is a free service offered by AusPost with over 400 locations Australia wide.
When placing an online order please include mobile number in checkout notes for ease of tracking and delivery. Allow authority to leave only if it is safe to do so.
We ship with AusPost. Your package must be signed for at the time of delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot change your shipping address or cancel the order. The courier is not able to ring you prior to delivery. If you're unsure if you'll be at home, we recommend shipping your order to your work address.
Some couriers offer pick ups from pop up stations located nearby if no one is home to sign for the parcel. If your parcel is left at a pop up station pick up instructions will be left at your home.
We ship our online orders out within 7 days.
Our freight charges start at $16 to ship a single cup. A large piece shipped alone is $25, while a large box containing multiple items will cost approximately $45 - $65 depending on the size, weight and location.
Delivery International
Due to the nature of ceramics and the complications of various international tarriffs we ship all international orders are with DHL.
Many pieces need to be double boxed and the rate is calculated by volumetric weight. We only pass on the rate that DHL charges us.
If it is safe to give Authority to Leave for your parcel please do so.

Please note : DHL has currently introduced an additional fuel surcharge of 45% on their regular rates due to ongoing fuel supply issues, which you’ll see reflected in shipping prices.
